Edward R. Mitnick, Esq., is an experienced employment and labor attorney focusing on employment litigation, labor relations, legal training, and alternative dispute resolution. In addition to his work with Brodeur-McGan, P.C., he operates Just Training Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm providing employment training, investigations, and compliance guidance to employers across the United States. Mr. Mitnick earned his Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1981 and his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 1984. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and the United States District Court in 1985. His legal education and early career laid a strong foundation for his focus on employment law, administrative proceedings, and dispute resolution at both the state and federal levels.

Mr. Mitnick served as a Hearing Officer for the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, where he adjudicated employment discrimination claims and authored decisions regularly published in the Massachusetts Discrimination Law Reporter and Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
