Alison F. Duffy

Alison F. Duffy is a member attorney at Dickinson Wright PLLC, Troy office, where she focuses her practice on probate and fiduciary litigation. She represents clients in complex trust, estate, and fiduciary disputes with a results-driven approach built on skill, diligence, and attention to detail. Before joining the firm, she handled civil litigation matters at a Michigan-based personal injury firm, gaining extensive experience in Medicare, Medicaid, and ERISA issues.

Duffy earned her J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, graduating in the top 16% of her class. While in law school, she served as title editor of the University of Detroit Mercy Law Review and received multiple academic honors, including the State Bar of Michigan Negligence Section Scholarship and the Book Award in Conflicts of Law. She also completed a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University, where she graduated cum laude from the Honors College.

Throughout her career, Duffy has demonstrated strong advocacy in probate and fiduciary matters, representing trustees, beneficiaries, and personal representatives in high-stakes disputes.
