Alison Dunbar

Alison Dunbar is a Sandpoint real estate lawyer at Dunbar Law PLLC, serving clients in Idaho, Washington, and Montana. Her admissions also include the US District Court for the District of Idaho. Her education and multistate licensing support her work involving complex property, commercial, and estate matters.

Alison drafts purchase agreements, deeds, easements, road and well agreements, leases, and construction contracts for real estate clients. She also handles boundary, easement, trespass, timber, title, failed-sale, and contract disputes through negotiation or litigation. For business clients, she assists with entity formation, contracts, employment matters, collections, transactions, sales, and ongoing general counsel needs. Her estate work includes wills, powers of attorney, revocable trusts, probate, intestate estates, and trust administration.

Alison Dunbar maintains an active litigation practice, and she appears in state courts across Idaho, Montana, and Washington. She serves on the Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce board and graduated from Leadership Sandpoint. Her community involvement also includes sponsorship and volunteer service with Community Cancer Services.
