Alina Habba

Alina Habba is the Managing Partner of Habba Madaio & Associates LLP. She oversees all firm business, HR, and finances. She earned her Juris Doctor in 2010 from Widener University – Delaware Law School. She was admitted to the bar the same year.

Early in her legal career, Habba clerked for the Honorable Eugene J. Codey, Jr. He was then the Presiding Judge of the Civil Superior Court in Essex County, New Jersey. It gave her a strong foundation in civil litigation. It shaped her approach to client advocacy.

Before founding her current practice, Habba managed a mid-sized firm. It serviced a Fortress subsidiary, expanding its Northeast business for seven years. She has a broad litigation background. It covers corporate law, real estate, family law, construction, and finance. It includes both transactional and litigation work.

She is licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. She can practice before various federal district courts and the U.S. Supreme Court.

She has served on committees of the New Jersey State Bar Association. These include insurance defense and equity jurisprudence.
