Alicia Mancio is an immigration attorney with strong roots on the west side of Grand Rapids. Her work is shaped by a deep respect for community service and a clear commitment to helping others navigate the immigration system. She brings care, focus, and understanding to her legal practice.

Alicia earned her Bachelor of Arts in both Sociology and Spanish. She later returned to the Midwest and enrolled at Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she completed her law degree before moving back to Michigan to continue her professional path.

Alicia has long valued service to her community. After completing her undergraduate studies, she began working as an AmeriCorps volunteer. She later transitioned to teaching in Houston, Texas, where she continued serving others through education and support. These roles helped shape her client-focused approach to legal work.

Alicia was inspired by her own family’s experience with immigration. That experience helped guide her decision to pursue law and support others facing the immigration system. Her background gives her a personal understanding of the challenges clients may face during important legal and family matters.
