He also completed legal studies at the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico, expanding his Spanish legal fluency and cross-border knowledge. This well-rounded education supports his strong foundation in immigration and nationality law.

A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Lozano brings unique insight into the challenges military families face in immigration.
