Alexis L. Hailpern

Alexis L. Hailpern serves as Senior Counsel at Robinson Waters & O’Dorisio, P.C., representing clients across a wide spectrum of transactional matters. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate, franchising, construction, and finance law. Alexis is known for her thoroughness and adaptability and brings a strategic and practical perspective to every deal she handles.

Alexis holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado and earned her J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law. She advises franchisors and franchisees on formation, compliance, and disclosure documentation. She represents banks, borrowers, and private equity lenders in commercial real estate and complex loan structures, including construction financing and development transactions.
