Alexis Austin Litle is a Colorado criminal defense lawyer with more than a decade of courtroom experience and over 3,000 criminal cases handled. Her practice focuses on DUI, DWAI, domestic violence, assault, harassment, criminal mischief, vehicular offenses, and serious felony charges. Litle earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She received B.A. degrees in Philosophy and Cognitive Psychology from the University of Memphis. Litle previously served as a Deputy District Attorney in Colorado’s 4th and 10th Judicial Districts. She became Chief of the Domestic Violence Unit in Pueblo County and served on specialized homicide and vehicular homicide teams. Her prosecutorial work included murder, domestic violence, protection order, and other high-exposure cases. She later transitioned to criminal defense and has secured dismissals, charge reductions, and not-guilty verdicts for clients.

Alexis Austin Litle has held significant leadership roles within Colorado’s legal community, including President of the El Paso County Bar Association. She has provided pro bono representation to domestic violence survivors through the TESSA LIFT Program. She has served as appointed counsel for indigent defendants facing serious felony charges. Her background combines prosecution, criminal defense, professional leadership, and advocacy for individuals navigating high-stakes criminal proceedings.
