Adam M. Ashby

Adam M. Ashby is an Arizona criminal defense attorney and shareholder who handles complex misdemeanor and felony matters throughout the state. He has represented hundreds of people facing charges with serious personal and professional consequences. His practice centers on strategic defense, assertive advocacy, and the protection of constitutional rights. Fluent in Spanish, he also helps make criminal defense representation more accessible to Spanish-speaking communities across Arizona.

Adam earned an Associate of Applied Science from Brigham Young University in 2011 and a Bachelor of Science from Utah Valley University in 2013. He attended Texas A&M School of Law before receiving his Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2017. His education developed the legal analysis and practical judgment needed to assess evidence, constitutional questions, and defense strategies in demanding criminal cases.

Adam combines courtroom strategy with an understanding of how a criminal accusation can affect a client’s work, family, and future. He founded a Spanish-language criminal defense division that expanded access to legal representation for communities across Arizona.
