About
Alexander J. His work includes corporate and business organization matters, mergers and acquisitions, real estate development and transactions, housing law, and disputes. He joined the firm in 2019 after judicial and government-related experience that gave him early exposure to Alaska courts and public institutions.
Alex earned a J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2018, cum laude, and a B.A. from Willamette University in 2013. During law school, he served as an Article Editor for the Lewis & Clark Law Review. His legal education and clerkship experience support careful analysis of corporate, real estate, and litigation matters affecting Alaska businesses and organizations.
Before joining Landye Bennett Blumstein, Alex clerked for Judge Yvonne Lamoureux of the Alaska Superior Court in Anchorage. He also previously worked as a legislative aide in the Alaska State Legislature. His current practice spans Alaska Native corporate and tribal matters, business organization issues, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and civil litigation.
