Paul R. Koller

Paul R. Koller is a director in the Albuquerque office of Rodey, Dickason, Sloan, Akin & Robb, P.A. He practices in the Litigation Department, defending product liability, medical malpractice, personal injury, property damage, and workers’ compensation actions. He also handles insurance coverage and bad faith lawsuits and disputes. His work helps clients respond to claims, assess exposure, and navigate proceedings in court and before administrative agencies.

Koller earned a J.D. cum laude from Creighton University School of Law in 1988 and a B.A. from Benedictine College in 1985. His legal education supports a practice that requires the evaluation of factual records, insurance obligations, and liability questions. He applies that foundation to both trial work and appellate matters involving a range of defense claims.
