Alex Bouganim

Alex Bouganim is the managing attorney of The Barnes Firm’s Manhattan office and Co-Chair of its construction site accident department. He oversees matters handled in the office while focusing on personal injury and general negligence cases. His work includes construction accidents, car and truck collisions, slip-and-fall incidents, and wrongful death claims. He represents injured people seeking compensation after serious accidents in New York.

Bouganim earned his J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. He previously received a B.S. from SUNY Binghamton, graduating summa cum laude. He is admitted in New York and New Jersey and in federal district courts in those jurisdictions. His legal education and litigation experience support his work evaluating liability, preparing damages claims, and managing complex construction accident cases.
