Anthony Pagan

Anthony Pagan serves as Of Counsel to the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Firm in New York City. His practice includes personal injury, wrongful death, civil rights, employment discrimination, and other contested matters. He also has experience with family law, real estate, and landlord-tenant disputes. His work brings together litigation and negotiation for people confronting injury claims, employment problems, and other legal issues affecting their families or finances.

Pagan earned a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1997 and a B.B.A. from Baruch College of the City University of New York in 1989. During law school, he received recognition in a moot court appellate advocacy competition. He is admitted in New York and New Jersey and before federal district courts. His education followed prior work in corrections and provides a foundation for courtroom advocacy and client counseling.

Before practicing law, Pagan worked as a correctional officer for the New York City Department of Correction and had assignments connected with detention supervision and court operations. His legal experience includes personal injury, wrongful death, employment discrimination, matrimonial matters, and property transactions. He began collaborating with the Fuchsberg firm through a wrongful death case and also remains a partner at the Law Offices of Campos-Marquetti & Pagan.

Anthony Pagan has supported community organizations, including board service with the Latino Institute of Pastoral Care, and has lectured for Bronx Neighborhood Housing Services on first-time home buying. His legal practice draws on prior public service, litigation experience, and work across several civil practice areas. He helps clients understand legal procedures and pursue resolutions to disputes that can affect employment, housing, family matters, or personal safety.
