Alan R. Silverstein

Alan R. Silverstein is a partner at Connolly Gallagher LLP, where he practices in the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation, Business and Commercial Litigation, Corporate and Alternative Entity Litigation, and Government Law groups. He has significant experience handling complex litigation, particularly in patent, trademark, and trade secret disputes. Additionally, he regularly represents clients in contract disputes and business tort matters before both state and federal courts in Delaware.

Alan earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Ursinus College in 2002 and his Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2007. He is admitted to practice in Delaware, New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Since 2010, he has also been registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, further strengthening his intellectual property litigation practice.

Throughout his career, Alan has represented clients in cases spanning a broad range of industries and technologies. He has experience with all phases of litigation, from large-scale electronic discovery to managing expert witnesses and developing cost-effective strategies for resolution. His representative matters include patent infringement, breach of contract, and corporate litigation, where he has served as both lead counsel and counsel in high-stakes disputes in Delaware.
