Alan D’Ambrosio

Alan A. D’Ambrosio is a New York corporate attorney and partner who advises clients on international transactions, disputes, investigations, and technology matters. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border corporate transactions, international arbitration, sovereign debt, sovereign investment, and complex information technology matters. He represents multinational corporations, foreign central banks, and sovereign government institutions in the United States and other jurisdictions.

D’Ambrosio earned a J.D. and an LL.M. from New York University School of Law. He previously received a B.S.F.S. summa cum laude from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. His legal and international affairs education supports his analysis of cross-border transactions, regulatory concerns, sovereign interests, and multijurisdictional disputes.
