Aida Marta Ramirez Esq. brings passion and dedication to every immigration case she takes on. Aida began her academic journey at the University of Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Driven to further her impact, she went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the Florida Coastal School of Law. There, she also completed a certificate in legal research, writing, and drafting, sharpening her legal communication skills essential for immigration law.
While in law school, Aida achieved national recognition by winning three Moot Court competitions. Her victories include the National Latino Law Students Association Moot Court, the Child Welfare and Adoption Law Moot Court, and the Charleston National Constitutional Law Moot Court. These experiences deepened her expertise in legal argumentation and courtroom advocacy.
Fluent in Spanish and proud of her Colombian-American heritage, Aida uses her background to connect with a wide range of clients. She focuses on family immigration law, but her knowledge also covers deportation removal defense, employment immigration, and business immigration. Each case is approached with care, precision, and a deep understanding of U.S. immigration law.
