Adrienne Ferraro Mueller

Adrienne Ferraro Mueller is a partner at Jones Day in Cleveland who focuses on securities and shareholder litigation. Her representative experience includes defending directors and officers, challenging class certification, securing dismissals, and addressing disputes involving accounting restatements, corporate disclosures, and transaction-related claims. She also conducts internal investigations involving allegations such as insider trading, accounting misconduct, harassment, and noncompliance with company policies, giving boards practical guidance during sensitive matters.

Adrienne Ferraro Mueller serves as Administrative Partner for Jones Day’s Cleveland Office and previously spent nearly five years as the office’s hiring partner. She participates in recruiting and associate training and has held community leadership roles with Cleveland-area nonprofit organizations.
