Adriano Pacifici

Adriano Pacifici is an experienced intellectual property attorney specializing in trademarks, copyrights, and brand development. Since joining IP Law Consulting in 2018, he has managed more than 2,000 live trademark applications and registrations. His practice includes licensing, business counseling, and representation before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and U.S. Federal Courts.

Mr. Pacifici earned his Bachelor of Arts in History, cum laude, from Brandeis University in 2008. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School in 2013, graduating with a certificate in Sports Law. During law school, he developed a strong foundation in intellectual property, which continues to shape his practice today.

Prior to joining IP Law Consulting, Mr. Pacifici co-founded and served as a partner at M Breaux IP Law, where he concentrated on trademark and copyright law. He also successfully ran his own firm, further broadening his experience advising clients across industries. His client base spans the United States and international markets, where he provides comprehensive guidance on brand protection and intellectual property strategy.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Pacifici contributes to scholarship in the field. His article, “Scope and Authority of Sports League Commissioner Disciplinary Power: Bounty and Beyond,” was published in the Berkeley Journal of Entertainment and Sports Law in 2014, offering insights into disciplinary powers within professional sports leagues.

Adriano Pacifici is admitted to practice before all Louisiana courts and the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
