Adriana M. Dinis is a dedicated immigration attorney with extensive experience in child advocacy and immigration law. She is a shareholder and co-owner of Immigration Law Group of Florida, P.A. (ILGF), where she focuses exclusively on immigration matters. A cum laude graduate of the University of Florida with a dual major in Criminology and Sociology, Adriana earned her Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 2008. She has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2008.

Adriana began her legal career with Gulfcoast Legal Services (GLS) as part of the CHILD (Children’s Immigration Legal Defense) Project, where she represented undocumented children in immigration proceedings, dependency actions, and before United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Her work was instrumental in advocating for vulnerable children, earning the CHILD Project recognition as First Runner-Up for the Paul Doyle Children’s Advocacy Award in 2015.

An active advocate for community engagement, Adriana has coordinated numerous legal assistance events, including AILA Citizenship Day from 2008 to 2013 and monthly pro bono advice walk-in clinics. She has also provided training for law enforcement, community organizations, and attorneys on immigration benefits available to children, ensuring widespread awareness and access to resources.

Adriana’s dedication to the legal profession extends to her involvement in professional organizations. She is a longstanding member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Florida Association of Women Lawyers – Pinellas. Her prior experience includes serving as a Diversity Fellow with Carlton Fields, P.A., and interning with the Attorney General’s Office, Children Legal Services Division, in Tampa, Florida.

Through her expertise and advocacy, Adriana has helped countless individuals navigate the complexities of immigration law, with a particular emphasis on protecting the rights and futures of children. Her commitment to justice and legal excellence makes her a trusted ally in immigration law.
