Adrian earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2003. During law school, he was an editor of the Case Western Reserve Law Review, a Niagara International Moot Court Team member, and the National Moot Court Team director. He also gained valuable experience as a Judicial Extern for The Honorable Alice M. Batchelder, former U.S. Court of Appeals Chief Judge for the Sixth Circuit. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Toledo, earning a Bachelor of Science magna cum laude in 2000.

Prior to founding Szendel PLLC in 2010, Adrian practiced at a boutique Wall Street law firm, where he gained extensive experience handling complex litigation and business transactions. He has successfully represented Fortune 500 companies, insurance firms, closely held businesses, and startups in state and federal courts, bankruptcy courts, and arbitration forums across the U.S. and internationally. Adrian Marshall Szendel is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and multiple U.S. District Courts, including the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is an active member of the Denis J. McInerney/NYCLA American Inn of Court and participates in the New York County Lawyers’ Association Legal Counseling Project.
