Adam R. Seligman is a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where he represents developers, investors, lenders, and business owners in complex real estate and business matters. With extensive experience in commercial and luxury residential transactions, Adam advises clients on acquisitions, sales, financing, title insurance, and lease negotiations. His practice spans the full spectrum of real estate law, including land development, commercial lending, and distressed property matters, serving clients across Florida and throughout the United States.
Adam earned his J.D. and M.B.A. from Stetson University, where he served on the Stetson Law Review, and his B.S. from the University of Florida. Since entering practice in 2006, he has become a trusted legal advisor to both established corporations and entrepreneurs. His dual expertise in law and business enables him to develop practical, financially sound strategies tailored to each client’s goals. He also provides counsel on entity formation, corporate governance, and business structuring, helping clients protect assets and optimize growth.
Before joining Greenberg Traurig, LLP, Adam managed multimillion-dollar real estate transactions involving acquisitions, development, and financing across the Southeast. His representative matters include advising on property deals exceeding $60 million, as well as complex commercial loan transactions. Recognized for his insight and precision, he has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America and Palm Beach Illustrated’s “Top Lawyers,” and was part of a Law360 Real Estate Practice Group of the Year.
