Adam earned a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, graduating with honors. He later earned an advanced law degree (LL.M) in tax law from the Georgetown University Law Center, graduating with distinction. His academic training strengthened his understanding of taxation, business planning, negotiations, and regulations.

Adam spent more than six years practicing with established law firms before building his independent practice. Earlier in his career, he worked with longstanding firms in Colorado and Kansas, handling business and tax matters for varied clients. That experience helped him develop strategies for negotiations, compliance issues, disputes, and planning.

Adam represents businesses and individuals in matters involving tax liabilities, audits, contracts, and commercial disputes. He prepares agreements, negotiates business terms, and addresses employment concerns involving hiring, termination, non-competition, and non-solicitation issues. Clients also rely on his guidance for trademarks, intellectual property protections, and expanding real estate interests.

Adam also brings firsthand business experience to his legal work because he has owned and managed several companies. His background helps him understand payroll responsibilities, contract negotiations, employee management, and government regulations from an operational perspective. Adam previously served as an enlisted soldier before returning to military service after September 11, 2001. During law school, he completed the Army R.O.T.C. program and accepted a commission with the Ohio Army National Guard. He later served as a JAG Officer, defending soldiers in criminal and administrative matters effectively.
