Adam J. Rack

Adam J. Rack is the managing member of Rack Law Group and a Phoenix personal injury attorney. His practice focuses on motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and slip-and-fall claims. He has spent many years representing injured people and built his practice around direct client service, careful case preparation, and accountability for parties responsible for harm. His work involves investigating claims, evaluating damages, negotiating with insurers, and preparing cases for litigation when a fair resolution is not reached.

Rack earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida College of Law, graduating with honors. During law school, he participated in the Journal of Law and Public Policy, the John Marshall Bar Association, and a family law clinic. He earned his undergraduate degree from Boston College, also graduating with honors. His education and clinical involvement developed research, writing, advocacy, and client-service skills that support the factual and legal analysis required in personal injury claims.

Rack gained early exposure to personal injury law while working at Broad and Cassel LLP during law school. He later focused his career on representing injured clients and eventually built a personal injury practice with his brother. His current work includes claims arising from vehicle collisions, fatal accidents, medical negligence, and dangerous property conditions. These cases require review of medical records, liability evidence, insurance coverage, damages, and settlement options, along with litigation preparation when disputes remain unresolved.

Adam J. Rack combines personal injury practice with community service and firm leadership. His charitable work has supported organizations including Future for Kids, A New Leaf, Faith House Domestic Violence Shelter, and The Infinite Bond Foundation. As managing member, he brings legal experience and organizational responsibility to the firm’s injury practice. He helps clients move through claims that involve medical recovery, insurance negotiations, financial losses, and contested responsibility while keeping the legal process organized and focused on meaningful compensation.
