About
Adam Gunderson is an attorney with Gunderson Law Group in Tempe, Arizona, practicing primarily in business and family-based immigration, trusts and estate planning, and business planning. His immigration work includes family and employment matters, naturalization and citizenship, permanent residency, investor visas, nonimmigrant visas, DACA, and EB-5 matters. He also advises on estate planning, trust and probate administration, asset protection, and business formation and succession issues.
Adam graduated cum laude from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, where he served as managing editor of the BYU Journal of Public Law. Before law school, he earned a B.S. in biological sciences from Arizona State University. His education supports a practice that requires detailed statutory analysis, careful document preparation, and coordination among immigration, estate, asset-protection, and business-planning concerns affecting individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and business owners.
Adam worked as a law clerk in several settings before joining Gunderson Law Group, including a large multinational firm in Australia, a boutique firm in downtown Salt Lake City, and the general counsel’s office of a technology company in Provo, Utah. That range of experience informs his current work with clients whose legal needs can involve international movement, business ownership, family planning, trusts, estates, and long-term succession decisions.
Adam Gunderson is a member of WealthCounsel, ElderCounsel, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He has also served in community leadership roles with organizations addressing poverty, development, and local government matters. His practice brings together immigration, estate planning, and business planning, allowing him to help clients organize legal affairs that span family relationships, ownership interests, long-term asset planning, and immigration status or mobility.
