Abe Mastbaum

Abe Mastbaum is counsel at Barton LLP in New York, where he advises clients on tax, business transactions, financial regulation, banking, corporate governance, and capital markets matters. He works with investment funds, financial businesses, and other organizations facing tax and operational questions. His practice draws on a prior career in senior financial leadership to address the legal and commercial dimensions of business arrangements, compliance systems, and contested financial issues.
