Abby R. Jones

Abby R. Jones is an associate in Gallagher Sharp’s Cleveland office and practices in professional liability, general litigation, and transportation-related matters. She defends professional liability and negligence claims against attorneys and other professionals and represents members of the maritime industry in claims arising from commercial transportation accidents. Her work involves civil disputes where careful factual development, legal research, and risk analysis are important to defending clients against claims involving alleged professional errors or transportation-related losses.

Abby earned her J.D. from Cleveland State University College of Law, graduating summa cum laude, and her B.A. from the University of Akron, graduating cum laude. In law school, she served as Submissions Editor of the Cleveland State Law Review, was a Dean’s Leadership Fellow, and led the Women’s Law Student Association.
