About
Abbey Sefchik is a dedicated injury attorney who represents individuals affected by auto collisions, wrongful death, premises liability, and other serious accidents. She brings a strong sense of advocacy to every case and is passionate about supporting victims throughout the legal process to help them seek justice and fair compensation.
Abbey earned her bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University, graduating magna cum laude with a focus in Communications, Analytics, and Practice. She later obtained her J.D. from Capital University Law School, where she made the Dean’s List multiple times and served as an active member—and now alumni resource—of the Tort and Injury Law Society.
Abbey passed the Ohio Bar in 2023 and was admitted to practice by the Ohio Supreme Court later that year. She expanded her licensure to Pennsylvania in 2025. During law school, she clerked at a Columbus personal injury firm, gaining hands-on experience in all stages of litigation, which laid a strong foundation for her current practice.
Abbey concentrates on cases involving motor vehicle accidents, trucking collisions, product liability, dram shop liability, and slip-and-fall injuries. She is committed to holding negligent parties accountable and ensuring her clients receive the support they need during their most difficult times.
Abbey Sefchik is a member of the Columbus Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. She also belongs to the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys (ATAA), aligning with her focus on complex, high-impact injury claims. Her dedication, compassion, and legal training make her a strong advocate for the injured across Ohio and Pennsylvania.
