Aaron T. Baral

Aaron T. Baral is a partner at Shipman & Goodwin LLP in Hartford, Connecticut. He practices in the firm’s Business and Corporate Practice Group and represents companies and venture capital funds in a wide range of corporate and transactional matters. His work includes mergers and acquisitions, company formation, seed and venture capital financing, commercial contracts, and outside general counsel services for clients at different stages of growth.

Baral earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2016 and his B.S. from the University of Connecticut School of Business in 2013.
