Aaron Squyres

Aaron Squyres is Managing Partner – Litigation & Bankruptcy with The Wilson Law Group. He is also a Partner and Shareholder of Wilson & Associates, PLLC, where he serves as Managing Attorney of the Litigation, Bankruptcy, and Unsecured Collection Departments. His primary practice area is mortgage banking litigation. His responsibilities combine client representation in financial disputes with management of departments handling related creditor and bankruptcy concerns.

Aaron received a BA from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville in 1988. He earned his JD from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1991. He was admitted to the Arkansas bar in 1991 and the Tennessee bar in 2004. His academic background and admissions support a practice involving litigation, bankruptcy, and the legal issues that arise in mortgage banking and collections.

Aaron works within a creditors’ rights practice serving the mortgage banking and financial industries.
