About
Adam Perdue is an Associate Partner with The Wilson Law Group and an attorney in the Deed-in-Lieu Department. His practice experience includes asset recovery, mortgage banking litigation, deed-in-lieu matters, and bankruptcy. A Little Rock native, he works within a creditors’ rights practice serving the mortgage banking industry. His work connects property-related matters with the legal processes used to address lending obligations and recover assets.
Adam earned a B.A. in Economics from Hendrix College in 2004. He received his J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law in 2009. He was admitted to the Arkansas bar in 2009. His economics studies and legal education provide a foundation for examining the financial relationships, property interests, and procedural questions involved in mortgage banking and debt-related matters.
Adam’s current departmental role focuses on deed-in-lieu work. His wider professional experience has also included bankruptcy and mortgage banking litigation. The firm’s mortgage banking services encompass loss mitigation, asset recovery, and bankruptcy representation for creditors, as well as foreclosure-related work. Within that setting, his experience concerns the interaction between property transfers, creditor interests, and the alternatives available when a lending relationship requires legal attention.
Adam Perdue belongs to the American Bar Association and the Arkansas Bar Association. He is a past president of the Harvesters Young Professional Group, where his service included co-chairing fundraisers for the Arkansas Foodbank. His professional background combines a concentration on mortgage-related legal work with participation in legal associations and community fundraising. He brings that experience to his role in the Deed-in-Lieu Department and the firm’s wider creditors’ rights practice.
