Aaron Olsen

Aaron M. Olsen is a partner at Haeggquist & Eck, where he specializes in employment law and complex consumer litigation. With a reputation for fierce advocacy, Aaron has successfully resolved hundreds of employment law cases, recovering millions of dollars for employees across California.

Aaron earned his J.D. from California Western School of Law, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Commentary and held leadership roles in student government. He also holds a B.A. in Business Finance from the University of Utah.

Aaron has played a key role in high-impact cases, including a $492,000 verdict in a disability discrimination case against Kaiser Permanente, which ranked among California’s Top 50 Employment Verdicts in 2017. He also co-led the Trump University class action, securing a $25 million settlement for students who were defrauded.
