Aaron C. With over two decades of experience, Mr. Walker advises clients ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to solo inventors on intellectual property strategies that support innovation and protect business value.
Mr. Walker earned his B.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law in 2003.
Mr. Walker’s practice spans the full life cycle of patent procurement and enforcement. He prepares freedom-to-operate, infringement, and patentability opinions and manages prosecution before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and international patent offices in Europe and Asia. His technical expertise covers a broad array of sectors, including computer hardware and software, semiconductors, networking, optics, electro-mechanics, telecommunications, imaging, household appliances, and business methods.
Before joining North Star Intellectual Property Law, P.C., Mr. Walker began his career at a boutique IP firm in Arlington, Virginia. He then joined Staas and Halsey, LLP in Washington, D.C., where he served as both associate and partner. At Staas and Halsey, he represented clients across a range of technical domains and complex intellectual property matters.
