Aaron Boland

Aaron J. Boland is a Santa Fe personal injury attorney who represents individuals and families throughout New Mexico. His practice includes car and truck accidents, motorcycle crashes, wrongful death, sexual abuse, premises liability, and dog bite claims. Boland earned his J.D. from the University of Arizona College of Law. His legal education prepared him for a career that began in high-volume courtroom practice at the Portland Public Defender’s Office. That early role required him to manage a large caseload and make frequent courtroom appearances, sharpening his ability to analyze evidence, communicate with clients, and make litigation decisions under demanding conditions. Before opening his own firm in 2006, Boland handled roughly 150 open criminal cases at a time as a public defender and tried more than 60 cases to juries. He later redirected that courtroom experience toward civil injury litigation. His current work involves accidents and other events causing serious physical, emotional, and financial harm.
