Aaron A. Clark

Aaron A. Clark is a nationally recognized labor and employment attorney with experience leading cases in more than 30 states. As Chair of the Labor & Employment Group, he focuses on complex litigation involving non-competes, trade secrets, fiduciary duties, and employee benefit plans, representing clients across diverse industries.

Aaron earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1990 and received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law in 1993. He has since been admitted to practice in Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota, as well as multiple U.S. Courts of Appeals and District Courts.

Aaron advises management on employment agreements, labor negotiations, policy development, workplace investigations, and compliance with federal and state employment laws. His expertise includes ERISA, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, and Title VII. He works closely with construction industry leaders across the Midwest and serves as counsel for the Omaha Construction Industry Pension Fund.

Aaron handles labor negotiations with major trade unions such as the Carpenters, Operating Engineers, Laborers, and Cement Masons. He frequently delivers presentations on labor and employment topics to industry groups, reflecting his commitment to client education and legal excellence.
