He clerked for a U.S. District Judge and is licensed to practice in Arizona and Texas. Michael’s practice spans business litigation, trust and probate disputes, insurance coverage claims, and real estate matters. Notable successes include a $23.9 million fraud verdict in a real estate dispute and the removal of a trustee in a fiduciary breach case.
