A. Inge Selden, III is a Principal in Bressler’s Birmingham office with a practice centered on complex civil litigation and financial institutions. Selden represents brokerage firms, banks, and other financial-services clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, and regulatory matters. Selden earned a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1979 and a B.A. from the University of Virginia in 1975, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. That academic foundation preceded a litigation career of more than four decades. His long experience with financial and commercial disputes supports detailed analysis of contracts, securities products, employment relationships, regulatory issues, and the procedural demands of arbitration and court litigation.
