William S. Kramer

William S. Kramer is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Real Estate Law. He has over 40 years of experience. He graduated from the University of Florida (B.A., 1977) and Stetson University College of Law (J.D., 1980). He is highly regarded for his real estate and business law expertise. He is admitted to practice in Florida. He has held leadership roles in multiple professional organizations, including serving as Chair of the Florida Bar’s Real Estate Certification Committee.

Mr. Kramer provides legal counsel to a diverse group of clients. They include banks, lenders, developers, investors, builders, buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
