William D. Davis II

William D. Davis II is a Partner in the Houston office, delivering strategic legal counsel across complex corporate and transactional matters. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, venture capital financings, restructurings, and corporate governance. He regularly guides clients through multijurisdictional deals in the energy, life sciences, and healthcare sectors.

William earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1998 and later completed an LL.M. at Georgetown University Law Center in 2000. He holds a B.A. from Franklin and Marshall College (1995) and is admitted to practice in Texas, representing both U.S. and international clients.

In capital markets, William represents issuers and underwriters in IPOs, debt offerings, and private placements. He has advised on registered and Regulation S offerings, PIPE transactions, and listing compliance for companies on NYSE, NASDAQ, and ASX.
