Will Ferguson

Will Ferguson is a founder and lead attorney in Albuquerque who represents individuals and families in serious personal injury and wrongful death matters. His work includes car crashes, commercial truck collisions, motorcycle accidents, nursing home abuse and neglect, dog bites, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death claims. Ferguson earned a B.A. from Wofford College and a J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law. His legal education also included study at the University of Exeter in England. He was admitted to the New Mexico State Bar in 1974 and served as a Captain in the US Air Force during the early part of his career. His legal and military background preceded the development of his long-running Albuquerque personal injury practice.
