Wilfrid earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Santa Clara in 1973 before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Loyola University in 1977. During law school, he became an active member of the Phi Alpha Delta International Legal Fraternity and represented his university on the National Mock Trial Team between 1975 and 1976. These early accomplishments shaped his strong courtroom advocacy and commitment to professionalism.
Wilfrid was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1978 and is authorized to practice before multiple federal and state courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Southern, and Northern Districts of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Claims Court. Wilfrid has earned the prestigious “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, an honor recognizing exceptional legal skill and ethical integrity. He maintains active memberships with the San Bernardino County Bar Association, the State Bar of California, the American Judicature Society, and The American Inns of Court, Joseph B. Campbell Chapter, where he serves as Master of the Bench. His continued involvement in these organizations underscores his dedication to excellence and mentorship within the legal field.
