Warren Ellis

Warren Ellis is a skilled trial attorney and co-owner of Ellis & Ellis. Warren earned his Bachelor’s degree in English from James Madison University, graduating magna cum laude. He completed his J.D. at the University of Richmond Law School, graduating cum laude. During law school, he served as Lead Articles Editor for the Richmond Journal of Law and the Public Interest and earned recognition through the Moot Court Competition Board. He also assisted Dean Rodney Smolla in drafting an amicus brief submitted to the United States Supreme Court in a First Amendment case involving lawyer advertising.

Warren completed a one-year judicial clerkship for the Honorable A. Bonwill Shockley, the Honorable Stephen C. Mahan, and the Honorable A. Joseph Canada, Jr. He then served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for Henrico, Virginia, after earning his J.D. As a prosecutor, he handled high-profile felony cases involving sex crimes, homicides, and financial crimes. He also trained officers at the Henrico County Police Academy on asset forfeiture procedures.

Warren Ellis later became a partner at Munoz~Munoz & Ellis, where he spent nine years trying complex civil and criminal cases. He secured strong results in personal injury matters, including cases against the City of San Bernardino and the County of Los Angeles. Through careful case preparation, skilled advocacy, and a deep understanding of the law, Warren has helped many individuals and businesses protect their rights and achieve fair outcomes. He has Bar Admissions in California and Virginia, as well as in the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California.
