Walter T. Clark

Walter T. Clark is a highly experienced trial lawyer and the founder of the Walter Clark Legal Group. He serves clients across the Southern California desert, including areas like Palm Springs and Victorville. With over 100 jury trials taken to verdict, he is a recognized expert in civil law and personal injury law. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, which is a group for top lawyers who show great integrity and skill.

Mr. Clark earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1972. His education provided the foundation for a long career dedicated to justice. By earning his J.D., he gained the necessary skills to represent people in complex legal battles. He also earned a B.A. from the University of California – Santa Barbara. This academic background allowed him to become a certified specialist in civil trials, a title held by only a small number of attorneys in the state.

Mr. Clark began his legal career as a Deputy District Attorney for Riverside County. In this role, he handled criminal trials and fought for public safety. Later, he moved into private practice to help injured individuals. He was a partner at a firm in Palm Desert before starting his own practice in 1996. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles, such as serving as the President of the Desert Bar Association.

Walter T. Clark focuses on helping people by “leveling the playing field” against large insurance companies and big corporations. He believes that everyone deserves a fair chance in court. Beyond the courtroom, he helps his community through civic service. He has served as the president of the Coachella Valley YMCA and worked with the Community Blood Bank Foundation. His goal is to protect the rights of consumers and ensure that the doors to the courthouse stay open for those in need. He is a passionate advocate who works hard to win cases for his clients.
