Veronique’s experience includes negotiating a Tesla direct sales and service dealership on Indian lands and work connected to changes in New Mexico vehicle tax treatment. Her administrative representation has involved taxation, workforce, and water agencies. She also works on tribal land claims and acquisitions that expand tribal land bases. These matters combine government relations, commercial opportunity, and resource protection in legal work shaped by each tribe’s objectives.
Veronique Richardson has presented water law continuing legal education programs and co-presented on cannabis in Indian Country.
