Ungyong Kim

Ungyong Kim is a managing partner and founder who practices exclusively in United States immigration and nationality law. He helps individuals and organizations with employment-based immigration, family immigration, and naturalization matters across the United States. His work includes EB-2 and EB-3 green card processing, EB-5 immigrant investor cases, H-1B temporary employment, E-2 treaty investor matters, R-1 religious worker issues, F-1 student matters, and family-based immigrant cases.

Kim earned a J.D. from Handong International Law School and a J.D./LL.M. in Intellectual Property from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis.
