Tyler C. Vanderpool

Tyler C. Vanderpool is a seasoned trial lawyer with more than a decade of experience handling complex civil litigation matters. He represents individuals harmed by negligence, unsafe conditions, and serious misconduct, guiding cases from initial evaluation through trial while pursuing accountability and meaningful recovery for injured clients.

Tyler began his academic path at Arkansas State University, where he earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication Studies and Philosophy. He later completed a Master’s in Communication Studies at the same institution. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2011.

Tyler is licensed to practice law in California and is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Central, Northern, and Southern Districts of California. His practice centers on high-stakes personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, unsafe premises, and cases involving severe negligence or misconduct.

Tyler brings a strategic and disciplined approach to litigation developed over many years of courtroom experience. Earlier in his career, he handled a wide range of civil litigation matters and previously worked at SAG-AFTRA, where he successfully recovered more than $7 million in residuals for performers in the entertainment industry.

Tyler has achieved notable results for injured clients, including a $25.6 million jury verdict in a pedestrian injury case, recognized as the largest personal injury verdict in California in 2020. His work has also resulted in multiple seven-figure settlements involving medical malpractice, workplace retaliation, and hazardous property conditions.
