Tye Masters

Tye Masters is an Associate Attorney with Benson & Bingham in Las Vegas who represents personal injury clients. Masters joined the firm in 2025 after working as in-house counsel for University Medical Center of Southern Nevada Hospital. His background includes healthcare regulation and litigation involving medical malpractice, premises liability, physician credentialing, and patient accounting disputes, experience that now informs his work for injured clients.

Masters graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California in 2013, where he dual majored in Political Science and Philosophy, Politics, and Law, with a minor in Business Law. He earned a J.D. from the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law in 2017 as a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient. His education supports legal analysis across litigation, healthcare regulation, and personal injury matters.

Masters previously advised University Medical Center on regulatory matters involving Medicare, Medicaid, insurance billing, hospital accreditation, and professional standards for licensed healthcare providers. He also managed and litigated claims concerning medical malpractice, premises liability, physician credentialing, and patient accounting disputes. This experience gives him practical familiarity with healthcare systems, insurance-related issues, institutional records, and contested claims before his move into personal injury representation.

Tye Masters is admitted to the Nevada bar and currently serves personal injury clients at Benson & Bingham. Masters’ prior in-house healthcare work provides a perspective on medical and liability issues that can arise in injury claims. His practice now applies that background to representing injured clients, evaluating records and disputed facts, developing legal strategy, and pursuing recovery through the claims and litigation process when necessary.
