Tucker Clagett is a Partner at Andrews, Bongar, Gormley & Clagett, leading one of Southern Maryland’s largest Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation practices. Tucker earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1994, following a Bachelor of Arts degree from High Point College in North Carolina in 1991. His academic training provided a rigorous foundation for trial advocacy, legal analysis, and disciplined courtroom preparation and ethics.

Tucker focuses his practice on Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, and general civil litigation, representing clients through negotiation, trial, and appeal.
