Trevor A. Hunter

Trevor A. Hunter is a partner who focuses his practice on commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and trusts and estates. He works with businesses of all sizes and provides practical guidance to help clients navigate complex legal challenges with clarity and confidence.

Trevor earned his J.D. from Southwestern Law School in 2014. He also earned two B.A. degrees with distinction in History and Political Science from the University of Montana in 2009. His education supports his work in both business and litigation matters.

Trevor represents clients in commercial disputes and helps businesses manage litigation matters. He also assists with mergers and acquisitions, guiding clients through transactions and helping them structure deals that meet their goals and protect their interests.

Trevor works with financial institutions, oil service companies, and other businesses. He helps clients address complex legal issues, including banking, real estate, and creditors’ rights matters. His approach focuses on finding practical solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

Trevor is admitted to practice in North Dakota and Montana, as well as the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota. These admissions support his work across both state and federal legal matters.
