Travis Little

Travis Little is a personal injury trial attorney and the founder of North Atlanta Injury Law PC. Since 2009, he has represented individuals and families in serious injury and wrongful death matters. His practice focuses on complex personal injury claims, including motor vehicle collisions, trucking accidents, premises liability, and catastrophic loss. He is known for accepting challenging cases that other firms decline and for building strong, evidence-driven strategies designed to hold powerful defendants accountable.

Travis earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Brigham Young University. He later obtained his J.D. from the University of Kentucky. During law school, he was an active member of the Trial Advocacy Board. He received recognition for his commitment to pro bono service, reflecting an early dedication to courtroom advocacy and ethical legal practice.

Travis has litigated against some of the world’s largest corporations, including major insurers, retailers, transportation companies, and hospitality brands, over his career. He was one of the plaintiff’s lawyers responsible for getting a landmark $43.5 million wrongful death verdict against a negligent nursing home manager in Georgia. His work has helped injured clients obtain financial security, accountability, and meaningful justice after devastating losses.

Travis founded North Atlanta Injury Law PC in 2020 to provide focused, client-centered representation and greater control over the cases he accepts.
