Mr. Starks earned his B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and later obtained his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis. His academic background provided a strong foundation in legal reasoning, regulatory analysis, and client advocacy. This education supports his ability to evaluate complex legal issues and design effective strategies, particularly in matters involving financial disputes and consumer protection.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Starks served on active duty in the United States Air Force from 2003 to 2013. This experience instilled discipline, accountability, and a mission-focused mindset that continues to influence his legal practice. After law school, he worked with The Law Firm of Fenters Ward before establishing Starks Law, P.C., where he implemented innovative systems to improve efficiency and case management.
